After the successful completion and delivery of Mayfair Perebere I, we are pleased to launch Mayfair Perebere II.

This project combines thoughtfully planned interior design with an array of amenities like swimming pool, parking facilities and advanced security systems.

Mayfair Perebere II features 18 exclusive designer apartments in a 3 storey building rising above the posh residential area of this prime seaside resort. The interior has been carefully designed to add a touch of luxury. The large windows and doors bring in natural light while the spacious living areas are an invitation to enjoy with family and friends.

From high quality door handles, luxury bathroom fittings, bespoke granite work surfaces and branded integral appliances, these are not the standard mass-produced apartments; they are part of the Mayfair brand. The development offers:

  • 3 one-bedroom apartments

JOINERY WORKS

Internal Doors:

Flush door panels will all be made from melamine pressed board including brushed chrome ironmongery.

CUPBOARDS

Master bedrooms have been designed with fitted wardrobes.

BATHROOMS

Common Bathroom:

  • walk-in shower treated with 2 x coats of flexible water proofing treatment, with polyester cloth reinforcement.
  • 8mm tempered glass screen contemporary designed porcelain sink.
  • floor to be covered with tiles.

Ensuite Bathroom:

  • shower cubical treated with 2 x coats of flexible water proofing treatment, with polyester cloth reinforcement.
  • vanity cupboard under sink.
  • floor to be covered with tiles.

Windows:

Desert Grey powder coated aluminium windows include 6mm clear glass (obscure in bathrooms).

Doors:

Desert Grey powder coated aluminium sliding French door leading to terrace. Semi solid wooden engineered door with ironmongery to entrances. Finished to lacquered or veneer.

External Work

Boundary walls to be constructed with 150mm concrete blocks and finished with 18mm cement plaster render. 2 x coats of highly acrylic waterproofing compound and energy saving product. Complete sewer system with manholes, gullies, and traps, grease traps, to be connected in public sewer network, septic tank and dispersed through an absorption pit.

Ceilings:

One coat of 18mm cement plaster render (Bedrooms and Bathrooms). Gypsum plaster finish 4-6mm thick on gypsum plaster board fixed galvanized structure. 3 x coats of emulsion paint (open area).

Exterior

Foundations
Foundations shall be as per Engineer’s design, drawings and specifications. Column bases and strip footings shall stand in reinforced concrete to appropriate standard. Reinforced retaining walls in the basement.  
Concrete Struture
The concrete structure shall be a combination of flat reinforced concrete slab thickness varying from 125 – 150mm and reinforced concrete columns and beams.
